COLOR DISCLAIMER

Although every effort is made to photograph the items accurately and describe my products in detail, I cannot guarantee every computer monitor will accurately depict the actual color of the item. Items are sold as replacement and not by color. We do not have donor car nor donor VIN # for color codes. Items returned because of color will incur a restocking fee.

If interested in shipping this item, please send us a message with an address and zip code so we can provide a quote for you. commercial addresses are preferred since residential will be more expensive.

SHIPPING FREIGHT

Please be advised that all our items are shipped through freight services and not through standard ground services. Items take up to 2-3 business days to process once payment is made and up to 3-7 business days to deliver once item has been shipped out. Once you have checked out and your payment has gone through, please send us a message with the address you want this shipped to and the time window that someone will be at the address to receive the package. ADDITIONAL SERVICES WILL NOT BE PROVIDED UNLESS SPECIFIED PRIOR TO SHIPPING. If you need a lift gate to get the item off of the truck or if you need an inside delivery (such as in a building/ home) there will be additional charges added to the shipping cost.

We can also ship through greyhound but you will have to pick up the item from the station yourself and shipping can take up to 10 business to deliver once its been shipped out.

Local Pick Up

Item can be purchased for local pick up. Once purchased, you will receive a pick up address in 1-2 business days. We are open for pickup Mon.- Fri. from 8 A.M. to 5 P.M. & Sat. from 8 A.M. to 3 P.M.

INTERNATIONAL

Additional charges of $20 will be added if shipped to Puerto Rico, Hawaii, and Alaska, and an additional $40 if shipped to Canada.

Local Returns

All items have a 30 day money back guarantee with original receipt. All items must be returned in original condition. No returns will be accepted if the original receipt is not present.

Online Returns

You will have 30 days after receiving the part to return it.
If the reason for the return is not due to a mistake on our end, a 20% re-stocking fee will be charged to your refund and we will not be responsible for any return cost. Otherwise, a full refund will be given for returned items received in original condition.
